GMO's

Why is it people focus too much time and energy on things. Yes I do understand that they may cause cancer, and other horrible things. Did you know that the very air you breathe, and the water you drink (yes even filtered of both) can cause those very same things. Guess what ten years from now those supposed certified organic and safe you will discover were not actually as safe as you claim. Certified organic is just a joke, I am sorry but do research, they still can use pesticide and preservatives they just have to be what the FDA approves. So if you want to be truly healthy, than grow your own food, in a bubble, with water you filtered upon filtered. Then again, if you rid your body of all those nasties all together, you will up getting more sick, because you will lose all your bodies antibodies to fight it. Please if you want to not eat those foods than that is your choice, just please stop trying to force that knowledge down my throat. Choose what you want to eat and allow your family too eat. Because as I stated earlier, what you think is healthy food may not actually be healthy food. There are only a few absolute truths, and that is the God is truth, and loves us all. Two nothing they say is healthy here on earth is actually 100% healthy for you. Three do not follow or believe what others are telling, you most research yourself, and decide for yourself, what is worth the risk and what is not. For in the end it is your body. Have a blessed night.

4 weeks to go

I have less than a month and my bundle of joy is due to show his face in this world. I am so excited and nervous. Yet I am so glad that my husband and I are one with God, and becoming more and more one as a couple and family. Without that we would be a fading memory, with another child torn between two families, desperately hurting, searching what he did wrong, or how he can get his mom and dad back together again. I am also glad that we are gaining a better understanding with how to discipline our son. Yes it is trial and error, no I am not saying we made perfect choices at times, but we apologized to him, and are learning from those mistakes, and learning better ways that work for him. Parents job is help raise them to learn consequences for their actions, respect others, especially those in authority or are older than they are. Our duty is to basically help them be well rounded individual that will make wise choices. It saddens me with how little parents are willing to discipline their children properly; because they believe in one method that is not actually working, or they do not care, or they think they can make their own choices. Which is crazy because they first have to be taught how to make proper choices, that is something that is learned, no child is born with that ability to make proper choices.

5 weeks to go

So the count down has begun. I only have a few weeks left until I am due, and in less than a week I could safely give birth to my son anytime till my actual due date. I am excited yet nervous as I was with the birth of my first son yet for different reasons. I am so thankful that this time my husband and I seem to be on the same page with most things, and if not we are working together through all things.
We are trying to figure out what to do with my son once I am in labor till his grandma can come and get him. Seeing as how it already takes about 45 mins to drive to the hospital from our home, if we had to drop him off that would be at least an extra hour added on if not more than that. That is too much time in my opinion from the point I am beginning labor till I actually get the hospital. I know that we will get through this with God's help and find a place from my son to stay till the grandparents can get him. We also trying to figure out where to put our new addition to the family. We are still waiting to get to a 3 bedroom, it will happen in God's time and not our own. Just cannot wait to till the inspection so at least I can set-up my husband and I's bedroom for our new son to come.
On a different note, my son is about to get his glasses and it crazy to me that he will have to wear them even if occasionally since he is only four years old. I am sure however since mommy and daddy wear glasses he will want to follow through with wearing them as well. Hopefully the frames he choose fit him as it seemed they did when he tried them on.

6 weeks to go

I cannot believe it, my time is almost up for being pregnant with my second son. I am excited and nervous. I cannot wait to see him. So much needs to be done but yet I do not want to set out too much because their is not the room or the space to make it look nice. Since where we live we have quarterly inspections I know we are due for one this month. I will just wait until after the inspection to set-up what I can for our son to come. We are waiting to get into a bigger apartment. Though I know it will happen in the time it is supposed to. Would it be more convenient if we already had a bigger place yes, but it will all work out. I know that one day we will finally have a place that we own and not have to worry about keeping our place clean or reminding of repairs that should have been done months ago. On that note how many times should you have to remind them? I let it go unless it is essential to be done. Well I am not worried what is to be fixed will be fixed. It is all in God's capable hands and not my own.
